Tai Chi and Age Concern
In April 2009 Daoist Internal Arts will be running Tai Chi classes for Age Concern Teynham & Faversham and Age Concern Whitstable.
Classes will be held in Faversham, Sittingbourne, Sheppey and Whitstable.

The Faversham, Sittingbourne and Sheppey classes will run from April to July and September to Novemebr.
