Wu Style Tai Chi Workshop 2011
This is a series of workshops on the Wu Style Sort Form of Bruce Frantzis. It is intended for those who intend to attend Bruce's instructor training in the Short Form in 2011, in Brighton, but it is open to anyone who is interested in learning or refining this form.
There will be one final workshop in February 2011 to cover the last
few movements of the form.
Venue: Fleur de Lis Hall, Gatefield Lane, Off Preston Street, Faversham ME13 8NS.
Time: Sunday 1.00-5.00pm.

Longevity Breathing

Please contact me if you wish to attend. It will run as soon as we have sufficient numbers.
I have heard my teacher say many times that if he could teach only one of the disciplines that he has mastered to help the most people it would be breathing. With relatively little effort you can learn the essential practice for letting go of stress and gaining optimal health. It can be done anywhere, any time.
Venue: Herne. (Directions will be provided upon registration)
Time: 1.00 – 5.00pm.
Dates: Two Sundays: TBA.
Cost: £80 for the course (£40 per day). £20 deposit on registration.
It is possible to attend the first day on its own, but not the second (unless you have attended the first day of a previous course).
