New format Wednesday evening classes in Whitstable
Tai Chi Fundamentals 7.35- 8.30pm
Wu Style Tai Chi 8.35 - 9.35 pm
The two classes are designed to be taken together (though you may take each separately). This will enable us to apply the principles of structure and flow that are learned in the Fundamentals class to the Tai Chi form. New format will include more two person sensitivity practices (including ‘push hands’) and posture testing. We shall be spending more time on each move, which as well as going deeper into the form will minimise ‘holes’ appearing in the forms of those who miss some classes.
You may join the class at any time. Tai Chi is a circle and there is not really any beginning or end, despite appearances.
